Settings and Preferences
Tune the planner's starting screen, appearance, visibility, sorting, task defaults, tags, Daily Planning hours, reminders, carryover, calendar rules, privacy, storage, and Premium access.
What it supports
- General settings cover background style, starting screen, visible task filter, sort order, and completed-task retention.
- Task settings manage the default priority, default tag, configured tags, tag colors, and weekday, weekend, or anytime tag availability.
- Daily Planning settings choose the timeline start and end plus the Work Day range used by autofill.
- New task defaults can shift proposed Today tasks after a selected cutoff time and optional day offset.
- Mac settings use a sidebar preference window, while iPhone and iPad use grouped native settings sections.
