Review the week before planning the next one
Weekly Review shows completion charts, tag balance, streaks, carryover, open work, and weekly wins for the selected week.
Charts separate completed, open, and incomplete occurrence states so unfinished work is not hidden by a simple done count.
Carry open work forward intentionally
Automatic carryover can move open tasks after a chosen time. Choose different day offsets for A, B, and C tasks, and decide whether repeatedly moved work should gradually receive a higher priority.
Tag rules can align moved tasks to weekdays or weekends, and Calendar Rules away periods can push destinations farther forward.
Use Smart Lists as review lanes
Smart Lists such as Not Completed, Scheduled, High Priority, Auto-Moved, and Completed This Week keep review contexts close to the planner.
